Our client is has over 20 years' experience with Total Waste Management solutions. They offer waste, materials recycling and recovery for Household and Commercial collections. Currently they operate over two Materials Recovery sites and one for household waste recycling and are looking for an experienced Transport Manager to ensure efficient and effective productivity.

The Role
Our client is looking for a Transport Manager to ensure the department maintains all targets to deadline and without compromising safety or quality. You will be the nominated Transport Manager on the Company's Operators License and Comply with the Operator's License information and any legislative changes that may affect vehicle safety and driver hours.
Maintain accurate records of equipment / vehicle maintenance and manage all internal and external transport movements including recycling and waste transfers by liaising with Site Managers and all Commercial collections.

As Transport Manager you will work closely with the Commercial Department to ensure excellent Customer Service is maintained and ensuring that all Company Policies are adhered. Liaising with other Department Managers as and when required and ensure all required documentation is completed and processed.

To be successful in this role you will require previous experience in Transport Management and hold CPC Licence. If you are a driven and ambitious hard working individual, already working in a Transport or relevant role, and looking for your next move, then this is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you.

You will have the strategy to develop how to grow the companies' wide range of services.
