Operations, Quality & Compliance Roles

Staying on top of regulation changes is key to business growth and starts with the best hires

Over 30 years' experience recruiting exceptional quality and TIC professionals

The difficulties I have experienced in recruitment within the Health & Safety and Quality Assurance is that most vacancies are bespoke, and you need certain qualifications which are hard to come by, unless you work within the field in the first place. Newman Stewart actually headhunted me on this occasion. They have a specialist Quality Division and their Consultant was very experienced within the sector. Therefore, following a brief interview, he knew that I was the correct fit for the role that Alcumus Isoquar were recruiting for.
