We take the time to understand you and your business, its objectives, and what success might look like. In doing so we’re better placed to sell your opportunity to prospective candidates and then assess their capability to fulfil the role.
We define the target audience, specific markets, companies and people to approach. In conjunction, we work with our specialist media buyers to define the most appropriate channel for advertising and provide you with our ‘set’ advert copy for you to scrutinise and approve. We never approach a target individual until we have your authority to do so.
We approach the target individuals and reject candidates who don’t fulfil all aspects of the brief. Reviewing the remaining applicants and inviting all appropriate prospects for an interview, we create a substantial longlist to assess.
We interview and assess the skills, behaviours and competence of all prospective candidates, utilising Psychometric Assessment tools where requested. After this, we provide reports on all shortlisted candidates documenting their suitability and potential areas for development.
We provide a report on all shortlisted candidates, to fully inform the client prior to their interviews. We then manage the candidates through the interview process, offer and start date to ensure a successful transition into their new appointment.
After three months of employment, we conduct review meetings with the successful candidate and our client contacts to ensure that all parties remain satisfied with their hire.
