We used a combination of confidential approaches via our executive search and management selection process, identifying candidates capable of fulfilling the assignment brief and utilising our extensive network within the designated geographical radius. Having interviewed numerous prospects, measuring both technical capabilities and behaviours, we presented a shortlist of five high calibre candidates. Following our face to face interviews, a series of psychometric tests and a two-stage interview process with Enva, a successful candidate was identified and offered the position as Commercial Manager.
