Account Director - New Business Development

Our client is one of the UK's top telemarketing companies and has been established for over 27 years. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Director to work directly with the existing New Business Sales Team for our client.
As Account Director reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for pitching to potential clients from your own leads and those that the company generates. You will have excellent sales skills and the ability to clearly explain the benefits of Contact Centre Services to various businesses across a wide variety of industry sectors.
You will be expected to research the industry sector including competitors and potential client information, as well as attending new business meetings. You will create business propositions and develop corporate marketing plan and update CRM systems.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have previous experience of marketing contact centre services and a good understanding of the industry. It would be advantageous to have worked in an outsourced contact centre in a similar role.
