This website www.newmanstewart.co.uk (the “Site”) is operated by Newman Stewart Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 07512655 and having its registered office at Roman Ridge, Main Street, Aberford LS25 3AW (“Newman Stewart”). Your use of this Site is governed by these terms of use (the “Terms”). By accessing and browsing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are in addition to and not a substitute for our standard terms of business, a copy of which can be obtained upon request by emailing info@newmanstewart.co.uk.

The terms “us” or “we” or “our” also refer to Newman Stewart. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the Site.

1. Introduction
