In 2018 we have decided to support the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund. A baby is born with a serious heart condition every two hours in the UK. The Children’s Heart Surgery Fund supports children and adults born with congenital heart disease across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.

The difficulties I have experienced in recruitment within the Health & Safety and Quality Assurance is that most vacancies are bespoke, and you need certain qualifications which are hard to come by, unless you work within the field in the first place.
