Setting the standard in recruitment

The Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s (REC) Association of Executive Recruiters (AER) provides specialist information and advice to executive search and selection consultants and offers the opportunity to tackle the leading issues affecting the executive search industry. They are committed to building the best recruitment market in the world.

Recruitment plays a vital role in shaping and growing the UK labour market, ensuring businesses find the right talent and candidates find the right jobs. Representing more than 3,000 recruitment businesses and more than 9,000 individuals through its Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP), being an REC and AER member means being among the best.

Newman Stewart has once again successfully completed the REC’s compliance test this week, showing that we continue to meet and deliver against their rigorous code of practice. The ten principles of the code revolve around respect, something which we take very seriously, and which forms the basis of our client and candidate relationships. Our client retention rates and customer satisfaction ratings speak for themselves as a result.

As well as continuing to drive superior professional standards through REC and APSCo membership, we are also working to achieve ISO accreditation in 4 key areas this year, namely Quality (ISO9001), Information Security (ISO27001), Environmental (ISO14001) and Health & Safety (ISO45001).

We are proud to support and be associated with some amazing campaigns which the AER is promoting this year including developing and promoting good practice in executive search, promoting diversity in business and the future of jobs and what this means for leadership.

If you have an upcoming hiring need, and would like to work with a leading executive search firm, call us for a confidential discussion on 01937 541395.
