Key aspects to the role:
·Utilise our research capability tools such as our CRM LinkedIn, Job Boards and headhunting to proactively identify candidates
·Pre-screen and interview candidates to understand suitability for clients’ vacancies
·Ensure candidates expectations are managed including feedback, salaries and interviews
·Build and manage talent pools
·Work towards tight deadlines and targets
·Produce leads, and new business opportunities
·Deliver and negotiate offers
Client Development and Management
·You will establish an effective client target list to execute business development with the assistance of your manager to identify new business opportunities
·Continuously develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
·Attend client meetings with support
·Take full job and person briefings from clients
·Provide timely solutions surprising and delighting clients with your urgency and delivery
Whilst previous experience in recruitment is not necessary, a background in sales could be an advantage. What is critical is your boundless enthusiasm for success and the extent to which you are prepared to work for it - success can come quickly but it is always hard earned. You need to be professional, articulate and confident, though most critically you will need to demonstrate that you have the tenacity and drive to ensure you are successful.
