As a result of our continued expansion, we have a vacancy for an experienced proactive Executive Assistant to support our growing team.

The role is varied and the pace is fast. It is office-based in our modern vibrant office. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using Microsoft and sales CRM tools as well as being proactive, energetic and prepared to go the extra mile to add value. You will be comfortable handling multiple tasks at once, have high energy and positivity and be happy with the challenge and pace of working to tight deadlines.

Salary - £20,000 - £60,000 plus car allowance, plus healthcare, plus bonus

What is part of the role;

Participation with the Business Development Consultant in the client briefing call (Post retainer being secured) and subsequent weekly client update calls

Identification of target candidates

Approaching, interviewing and shortlisting candidates

Managing the interview process through to offer

Canvassing/Cold calling

New business development
