Our growth plans include expansion into new sectors which complement our existing areas of focus. As such, we are looking for an individual to head up a new Interim Services offering. As a Director, your role is to win, retain and develop new clients. We are seeking individuals with significant sales experience who can point to and evidence considerable successes in their career to date within Interim Services.

Role & Responsibilities
·Winning business with and developing specific clients in a specific market sector/geography
·Meeting candidates and clients to fully understand requirements and build relationships that are lasting.
·Researching and targeting potential leads.
·Co-ordinating interviews and preparing shortlisted candidates.
·Managing offers to successful candidates successfully and providing feedback to those who are unsuccessful.
·Managing clients and candidates through assignment to renewal or completion.
Skills & Experience
·Degree qualified or equivalent by experience.
·Recruitment experience & success ideally within contract or interim recruitment – all sectors considered.
·Boundless enthusiasm, tenacity and drive for success.
·Professional, articulate and confident.
·Self-motivated, but also a good team player.
