The Role
Our client are looking for a highly commendable sales and customer driven individual whose job will be to nuture existing clients whilst maxisising sale wins and new business oppotuunities.
As Senior Sales you will negotiate commercial details of the proposals and close the sale on all enquiries. You will have the strategy to develop a strong prospect pipeline of interested customers and potential orders in line with targes and business stratagies.Striving to maintain a high level of the company's products and solutions and those of competitors.
To be successful in this role you will require proven sales experience in Bulk Material Handling or similar. You should have an analytical approach to developing solutions for customers which provide wins. If you are a strategic thinker, driven and ambitious hard working individual looking to achieve excellent results then this is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you.

As QS it will be your role to take Commercial responsibility for the whole project life-cycle including preparation of cost estimates, procurement, cost forecasting and reporting. Ideally you can point to experience within civil engineering infrastructure. Key to this appointment is your exacting attention to detail and the results you are able to drive for your employer.

- The preparation of Bills and Schedules of Quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction and equipment of building, or engineering works.
