Due to continued growth within their B2B insurance portfolio, they have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced sales director within the insurance industry to lead a highly motivated, high-performing field sales team. This is a fast-paced sales environment where meeting and exceeding sales targets is within the DNA of our client.

As the Field Sales Director you will utilise your extensive experience alongside existing contacts within the B2B insurance industry to continue, and build upon, the success of the team. You will be tasked with making the field sales team the most envied within the group for seeking improvements alongside systematically delivering results.

You will be tasked with developing and implementing an effective sale and marketing strategy to develop the business. However, this role is not just leading from afar, it will also require an individual who is able to roll up their sleeves and sell directly, focussing on the largest and most complex insurance prospects. This role is not for everyone, demands are high, and the hours are long.

Due to the requirements for the role our client will only consider individuals who have previous extensive experience within the insurance sector. You must be able to demonstrate continued success within the industry as well as leading remote, field sales teams to deliver business critical objectives. You must be highly motivated, focussed and possess the ability to influence key decision makers at all levels.
