Due to the company's ongoing growth strategy, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this rapidly growing and hugely successful organisation with a turnover of £15 million. This expansion has prompted the opening of a new site in Bristol.

The company works closely with developers, land promoters and owners of land, property and infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe to plan, design, cost and deliver their schemes. At the forefront of all this is where they need a dependable, level-headed project manager to be the spearhead that drives the initial phases of the projects forward. • Ensure that designs, reports and applications are completed and submitted with a high degree of accuracy and quality.
  • Adhere to agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Provide leadership and resource planning to the business to ensure the team are able and ready to deliver in all circumstances.

In this role it is key to be able to prioritise workloads for not only the teams that operate around you but for yourself, the advantage to being deadline obsessive in this position cannot be understated. Most importantly we need a natural communicator, someone who can thrive in both one-to-one and group environments. Furthermore, the successful candidate for this role will have a knowledge and experience within Infrastructure and development as well as an enthusiasm for self-motivated work with a membership to The Royal Town Planning Institute or The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
