Are you a first-class National OR Key Account Manager? A rainmaker. Someone comfortable developing relationships with new and existing retail customers, of varying sizes nationally, with a strong track record, in evidence and support of doing so.

They have an award-winning reputation for products having built a truly global brand and can offer long-term stability and career development. As a result of their continued success, they are seeking a National Account Manager to nurture and expand existing business across the UK.

The successful candidate will be targeted on delivering, whilst shaping and implementing strategies for new and existing key customer/ retail channels within the UK retail business unit. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of growing existing business accounts from a range of retail customers as well as identifying new ones. You will be given guidance but ultimately it will be down to you to utilise your skills and industry knowledge to win new business contracts and assist in the company's growth.

What matters in this role is to have experience dealing with large national retailers. You will be an enthusiastic character who is self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative. With outstanding negotiation and influencing skills you will be able to confidently develop effective business relationships with category buyers and directors. You will be highly numerate and be able to demonstrate a solid commercial acumen allowing you to operate at the highest levels of integrity.
