Our Client

Our client, part of a global certification organisation, is searching for candidates with experience of product certification and working in compliance testing of explosion safety equipment to join them as a Certification Engineer.
They will also offer full support & training to candidates with a basic knowledge who would like to develop their career as a Certification Engineer.

The Role

You will take responsibility for assessing equipment against industry standards, providing advice to clients, managing projects, completing all reporting and ensuring company and client KPIs are met.
You will be educated to HNC, HND or Degree level in an electrical or mechanical engineering, have a good knowledge of compliance within industrial manufacturing and an understanding of the basics of product certification. Any experience of ATEX or IECEx will be highly beneficial.
You will a rounded professional with excellent communication skills as well as strong commercial knowledge around projects, reporting and customer focus / service.

Our client, part of a global certification organisation, is searching for a Trainee Aerospace Auditor to join them to conduct Management System Audits across an established client base specifically in AS 9100 / 9110 / 9120 - the industry standard for the Aerospace industry.

The Role
It is essential that you can demonstrate experience within aerospace manufacturing with specific experience of ISO 9001 and AS 9100. Having implemented or managed / audited AS 9100 or similar systems you will be able to demonstrate both technical and legislative knowledge. As a minimum you will have conducted a range of internal audits with experience of supplier or third party audits proving very beneficial.
You will be a strong communicator and relationship builder. You must be prepared for considerable travel across the UK on a regular basis as well as possible overnight stays. Owing to the large amount of travel it will be beneficial to be located near the motorway network. When not working on client site you will be based at your home office.
Ideally you will have a Lead Auditor qualification in ISO9001 or similar. However, as long as you can demonstrate a strong technical and legislative knowledge of AS 9100 or similar, full support and development will be given to you in order to achieve the qualification.
My client can offer a salary of £34,000 (negotiable on experience) plus a car allowance of £4500 and benefits, as well as the chance to train and progress your career by attaining qualifications in AS 9100. After training and sign off you will be rewarded with increased responsibilities and associated salary increases.

Our client is a successful global business offering Inspection & Certification services across a number of industries and specialist standards.

The Role

Performing third party audits (ISO9001) onsite at your assigned customers. Responsible for your own schedule, you will plan your diary and appointments interacting with your client at all levels. You will complete all reporting and follow up activities. The role is client facing so you will need to possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels. The role will necessitate to occasional travel, mainly in the London area, occasionally across the UK.

The role will suit a candidate who is early in their career and wishes to develop a career in third party audit. Experienced candidates are also invited to apply. The company will offer extensive training to the successful candidate in new ISO standards.
