The Role

Our client are looking for a sales focused and customer driven individual whose job it will job to develop and identify opportunities for sales of the component products.

As Sales Manager you will negotiate both the technical and commercial details of the proposals and close the sale on all enquiries. You will have the strategy to develop a strong prospect pipeline of interested customers and potential orders in line with target. Striving to maintain a high level of the company’s products and solutions and those of competitors.

To be successful in this role you will require previous experience in the sales of component parts such as valves, or other pre-engineered products/machines/components. You should have an analytical approach to developing solutions for customers. Looking to strengthen their position in the market, as Area Sales Manager you will proactively develop and build new markets within Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will build and acquire long lasting relationships with new customers within the bulk materials handling industry, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers. Developing high efficient technical and commercial solutions in collaboration with the team as well as supporting order processing with internal and external orders is a key part to this role.

If you are a proactive, independent & hardworking person looking to achieve excellent results then this is an exciting opportunity for you. To be successful for this role you should hold a degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, and industrial plant engineering, or equivalent by experience. It is also preferable that you can demonstrate international sales experience of major plant engineering orders.
