The Role

Our client are looking for a sales focused and customer driven individual whose job it will job to develop and identify opportunities for sales of the component products.

As Sales Manager you will negotiate both the technical and commercial details of the proposals and close the sale on all enquiries. You will have the strategy to develop a strong prospect pipeline of interested customers and potential orders in line with target. Striving to maintain a high level of the company’s products and solutions and those of competitors.

To be successful in this role you will require previous experience in the sales of component parts such as valves, or other pre-engineered products/machines/components. You should have an analytical approach to developing solutions for customers. If you are a driven and ambitious hard working individual looking to achieve excellent results then this is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global provider of food processing equipment for the cereal grain milling and related processing industries. With a history of over 100 years globally and a commitment to continuous research and development, our client provides products at the forefront of technology.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Process Engineer is responsible for assisting the technology department in providing accurate information for the design of concept process flow diagrams and application of machines. You will provide technical support to sales, quotation and customer service departments, establish solutions for customer opportunities and projects, as well as carrying out commissioning and factory surveys and commissioning support across various UK & Ireland projects.

The ideal candidate will currently be operating in a similar role and environment and we are especially interested to hear from candidates with a background in industrial flour milling - a minimum of three years' experience would be desirable. Most importantly you are a career achiever at the highest level, you can work under pressure and are willing to travel extensively nationally and occasionally internationally. You possess excellent problem solving skills and are comfortable working on multiple projects at one time, with an ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet objectives and timescales.

Our client is a leading Materials Handling company with over 25 years' experience. Due to continued growth and success they are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their team, covering the Yorkshire region.

The Role

Our client is looking for a sales focused and customer driven individual to develop and identify opportunities for sales around the identified region.

As Area Sales Manager you will strive to achieve yearly targets selling a range of capital machinery equipment. You will be expected to generate new sales leads and business development opportunities by researching sources of new business as well as looking after existing clients.

The successful candidate should have proven experience within the Materials Handling industry - this would be an advantage but is not essential. You should have a successful track record of creating first class customer relationships and exceeding sales targets.
