The role of Technical Sales Executive is one of maintaining and growing key accounts, following up leads generated by the company's marketing activities and prospecting for new business, especially on core products. Providing in-depth technical support to identify and solve customer problems using the company's products and services, you must represent the business professionally to maintain market leading image & reputation. You will also communicate market and customer information to the technical and commercial teams at the headquarters.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a sales territory and working effectively from home. Ideally the candidate will have some experience in the industrial abrasives, machining, metallography or cleaning industries.

Our Client

Our client is the UK's largest independent, manufacturer, stockist and distributor of fluid sealing products. With over 40 years industry experience they pride themselves in exceeding their customer's expectations through consistent delivery of quality, service and value. Due to continued growth and success they are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their expanding team. You will be covering the South West of England and South Wales.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager you will oversee a team of Sales co-ordinators their Bristol branch as well as being responsible for achieving pre-determined sales revenue targets by effectively selling fluid sealing products and services to prospective and existing customers. You will spend 3-4 days per week on customer calls - prospecting and developing. You will conduct meetings with customers to clarify their fluid sealing requirements and usage. You will conduct weekly one-on-ones with each sales person to review their pipeline and activities.

The ideal candidate should have previous business-to-business sales or customer service experience and you should have worked with or selling fluid sealing or engineering related products. You should have experience selling technical products and be a sales and goal ordinated person. The successful individual should be independent, well organised and experienced in administrative tasks.
