As a Resourcer you will be an instrumental member of the team providing support to our busy team of consultants. This is a mixed and varied role and involves sourcing new candidates using a variety of tools, then screening them both over the phone and on occasion face to face. There will be administrative tasks including job advert writing, research, candidate name gathering and database management. You will be liaising with a whole range of people, gathering as much information as possible to pass to the sales team.

To be successful you will need to have a confident phone manner and be able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease. You must be able to thrive in a pressurised working environment, be highly organised and able to prioritise as well as being flexible and adaptable. Perhaps you have been a Sales Recruiter in the past and are looking for a more Candidate focused role, or you have worked in Customer Service/Sales and are looking for your first role in Recruitment. Either way, support and training are given in abundance and there is a fantastic working atmosphere with an excellent team feel.
