Industry leaders in designing, manufacturing and supplying the highest quality, British-made kitchens and furniture and boasting the very latest technology in fitted kitchen furniture production in the UK, they are looking to continue their success by recruiting a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in specification sales within manufacturing.

Reporting to the Directors you will be responsible for promoting sales and gaining market position by focusing on and securing new orders from identified prospects in targeted segments, all the while focusing on achieving contract margin targets for each product category sold.

The ideal candidate will be a high performing achiever; self-motivated and target driven, you are equally comfortable working alone or as part of a team. Ideally with a demonstrable track record of sales success into house builders, build to rent developers, architects and specifiers, you have a proven ability to open new accounts, strong account development skills, drive and enthusiasm and a personable and professional attitude.
