As a result of their strategic growth, they are seeking a proactive Product Manager to take ownership of the Slicing Product line sales development.

You will be required to develop, manage and build a successful and credible machinery business by defining strategies, securing deals, and offering expertise directly to customers to grow sales over a national territory. Your communication and negotiation skills must be second to none to liaise internally and externally with existing and prospective customers to ensure that expectations are not just met but exceeded.

To be successful you must have experience in Slicing machinery, driving sales growth and be able to demonstrate evidence to support the impact and achievements within your work. You will be a positive and effective self-starter who has a visible desire to be the best.

Due to continued expansion and growth our clients are seeking an experienced ISL Engineer to join their evolving team. This role will be responsible for new and existing programmes, and products, that are being developed for the UK and International markets. You will take ownership for the full CADMIN (Concept, Assessment, Demonstration, Manufacture, In-service & Disposal) lifecycle. You will build robust relationships with customers to enable you to deliver the bespoke, high-quality service provided by our client.

To be successful within this position you must have high energy to be able to take on new and existing projects from the get-go. You will have the ability to prioritise projects and the assertiveness to build strong customer relations, and must have demonstrated experience in an ILS role, likely in the manufacturing, design, and system integrations field. In addition, you will possess high personal and professional standards. Due to continued expansion and growth, our clients are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their evolving Project Management Team. This role will be accountable for managing projects from their initial feasibility, research, and requirements gathering through to manufacture and implementation. You will work closely with several functions and disciplines across the business.

To be successful within this position you must have exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to deliver on time and within budgets. In addition, you will possess high personal and professional standards that are demonstrated through communication delivery. A background in Nuclear or defence would be an advantage.
