Our client provides bespoke process machinery solutions to the food industry. Their machinery and production systems are based on decades of experience with constant development, allowing their customers profitable new opportunities.
The successful candidate will join an exceptional and dynamic business where there is no limit to growth and development. You will join the services department where you will provide technical detailing and planning support directly to customers, with accurate detailing of components and assemblies. Working from customer enquiries whilst managing the complete order process for parts, working in conjunction with the contract controllers.
The requirements of this role are demanding and varied but your ability to manage multiple service projects will be tested. You will receive and manage spares orders through the business using the appropriate processes to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction every time.
