An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and results-driven sales leader to join as Business Manager, leading the Industrial Division.

Reporting to the directors and as a key contributor in the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering profitable sales growth to develop and grow the division, in line with short, medium and long terms plans. With a team of both direct and indirect reports, you will lead and support in winning and closing business opportunities, as well as resolving any issues that arise. What we are looking for is a collaborative and dynamic leader who will represent the business as an ambassador and be held in the highest regard in terms of professionalism and integrity at all times.

Our Client

Our client are world leaders in the design and application of temperature measurement and they are looking for an ambitious, articulate and driven individual to join their internal sales team acting as the main point of contact for all products including international customers and distributors.
Whilst an engineering degree is not essential, you must have a passion to learn about their range of products, through excellent product training and for providing great customer service.

The Role

As the internal sales support engineer you will be responsible for supporting the sales growth plans within a defined area, working closely with the account/regional managers and reporting directly to the Sales Director. You will provide technical product and sales support to both internal and external customers. You will produce costing and bill of material information, as well as providing quotations and product recommendations from customer specifications and requirements.

To be successful in this role it would be advantageous to have an engineering background or a Technical/Engineering qualification. You should be an energetic, driven and passionate individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a busy environment.

Due to continued growth and success they are looking for an experienced, high energy General Manager to help strengthen the senior leadership team.

The Role

As General Manager you will be responsible for analysing the internal business, analysing the market and developing a sales and marketing strategy to help take the business to the next level. It will be your job to manage, lead, mentor and motivate the entire sales and marketing team to success. Additional responsibilities will depend on the quality of the individual, however our client offers a fantastic opportunity to progress and therefore gain more responsibility.

To be successful in this role you should be a highly motivated and ambitious individual with previous sales management experience.
