Site Operations Manager
Our client are UK leaders in food waste recycling. Operating out of 3 sites across the UK, our client turns food waste into renewable energy. This dynamic, innovative and forward thinking organisation are now seeking a Site Operations Manager to take ownership of their £32m Anaerobic Digestion site based in East London.
As Site Operations Manager your main focus will be to ensure health and safety procedure are followed at all times. Ensuring that high levels of productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times. You will be required to work closely with the Group Anaerobic Digestion Manager and Group Operations & Process Manager to establish process and performance KPI's and lead continuous improvement activates. You will be required to adhere to the standards and protocols associated within the industry.
