Due to continued success and growth our client are currently looking for an outstanding individual to act as a collaborative and dynamic leader within the organisation to proactively provide outstanding customer service through communicating with both the customer and internal teams to quickly resolve any problems that may arise.

The Role

As Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for co-ordinating internal teams to provide an outstanding customer experience to ensure high-quality long-term relations with several major clients. Your main responsibilities would include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts and drive the day to day management, growth and retention of customers
  • Monitoring and developing customer service initiatives to improve efficiencies and hence the financial performance of the business
  • Providing input into and assisting with the preparation of strategic plans, annual budgets and change programmes
  • Identify any customer concerns, investigate and resolve problems with the relevant internal departments

To be successful in this role you should have prior experience of promoting exceptional customer service levels. You should have in depth experience gained within a complex, fast paced logistics environment, experience with FMCG products is desirable but not essential. You will be a team player and a highly effective collaborator who puts the well being of the entire business before personal success.
