With continued success in the following core competencies in bulk solids handling, weighing, feeding, screening and automation, our client is now seeking an ambitious Sales Project Engineer to join their growing team.

The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client's UK team as a Sales Project Engineer, to support the efforts of the Field Sales Engineers, Group Companies and Agents in promoting the company's products and activities. The main function will primarily involve sales support; however you may be requested to undertake other aspects of work to assist other functions of the business both within and outside the Sales department.

If you have the following, we want to speak to you.

  • Technical background in the sale and delivery of powder handling solutions
  • Previous experience of pneumatic conveying, dosing, feeding, weighing and or bulk bag filling/ discharging
  • Proactive
  • Organised
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The Role

Our client are looking for a sales focused and customer driven individual whose job it will be to develop and identify opportunities for sales of the group aftermarket and equipment ranges.

As Sales Manager you will negotiate both the technical and commercial details of the proposals and close the sale on all enquiries. You will have the strategy to develop a strong prospect pipeline of interested customers and potential orders in line with target. You will be responsible for the identification of business opportunities and to drive the process of turning these opportunities into profitable activities.

To be successful in this role you will require previous experience in the sales of component parts such as valves, or other pre-engineered products/machines/components. You should have an analytical approach to developing solutions for customers. If you are a driven and ambitious hard working individual looking to achieve excellent results then this is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you.
