Our Client
A successful certification company operating on a global basis, our client offers ISO Certification & Testing within Fire and Construction Products Regulation across the UK and internationally to multinational and corporate customers. As part of their ongoing success and development they are recruiting a Commercial Technical Manager to take a leading role within the business.
The Role
Working closely with the commercial and marketing functions you will lead the agreed technical strategy within the business to ensure targets are met and budgets exceeded. This will include:
·Being the focal point for all technical enquiries
·Working closely with sales & marketing to promote growth and development within major customers
·Becoming an expert and thought leader within Fire and Construction Products Regulation
·Representing the company within relevant groups & associations
·Being the technical lead and support focus within the commercial team
The Person
A technical graduate or of graduate calibre you will have worked extensively within certification and testing in engineering, chemistry or electronics and possess some of the following attributes:
·Relationship building
·A strong commercial and technical mind set
·Previous experience working within standards
·Demonstrable experience improving commercial performance through technical knowledge and application
·Ability to work with the leadership team to drive performance & success
·Credibility and presentation to represent the organisation with customers and peer associations.

Our Client

Our client operates across the UK providing ISO consultancy and audit support to a large variety of SMEs. Working with all of the main ISO's they are particularly busy with Information Security - ISO27001.
With a full order book and plans to grow during the next twelve months they are looking to recruit a new Consultant to meet their client demands within a 60 mile radius of Chichester. Your region will be predominantly along the South Coast with the occasional trip into London.
The Role

This is a hybrid role covering both systems implementation and consultancy on one hand and systems audit on the other. Within your geographical region you will visit clients on a daily basis to either consult and help implement a standard or to conduct an audit.
My client is keen to speak to 'rounded' business professionals who can offer excellent experience within ISO systems and in particular have an IT / ISO27001 background.
The key requirement alongside your ISO experience are your communication skills and willingness to work in the field, at a different client site every day. A strong communicator, you will be prepared to travel on a regular basis within the region and occasionally further afield if required.
Responsibilities
* To plan & conduct professional management system audits
* Consultancy for client management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO Standards and with documented processes and procedures.
* Complete all reporting and follow up as necessary
