Our client is a global leader in the design and supply of plant and equipment to the world's process industries. Established over 90 years ago, they pride themselves on producing a range of high quality processing equipment specifically for the production of fine, dry powders. As a result of their continuing growth, they are looking for a Project Sales Manager to join their successful team.

The Role

As Project Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing business and generating profitable sales by building strong relationships with potential and existing customers and achieving sales budgets. You will develop business opportunities by working with new leads and contacts, building credibility with customers, proposing a technical/commercial solution and closing deals.

To be successful in this role you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience selling process technology into the food/pharma/recycling/chemicals industry. It would be advantageous to have a HNC or above (or equivalent by experience), in engineering or technical discipline. The successful individual should be a positive and effective team player with strong commercial awareness.

As a result of their continuing success, a new opportunity has opened for a Project Engineer to join their growing team.

The Role

Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for managing complete contracts from order received through to final takeover. You will liaise with the other engineering disciplines involved in completing projects. You will lead and manage projects through all life cycle phases and will be responsible for regular reporting on schedule and financial costs through each stage.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level in a relevant engineering subject (or equivalent by experience) and have working experience in a relevant industry or experience of working in a project engineering role. A sound knowledge of common process equipment is key to this position, as is a competency in equipment layout drawing preparation and reviewing.

Our client is an exceptional business and leading provider of heat exchanger technology to some of the world's leading organisations. As a result of their continued success, they are seeking to recruit an ambitious Production Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

As Production Manager you will be tasked with effectively maintaining, leading and developing both the production and stores functions in order to achieve the relevant targets of performance set out by management. The right candidate will consider the companies best interests at all times whilst maintaining strict confidentiality on all matters relating to company business and ensuring that the company's procedure are followed.

You will be responsible for monitoring all production operating costs in line with set budgets and ensure that these are adhered too at all times, as well as planning and executing production requirements so as to meet/exceed customers Quality and delivery requirements. The Production Manager will actively promote and lead all Health & Safety within the workshop areas in line with company policy ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
