Our client is a leading certification company operating on a global basis. With a strong history and highly regarded reputation they are a market leader in their field. We are searching for a senior certification systems professional who has ideally worked at director level to assist with short term projects.
The Role
Working with the Quality team, within the established strategy, you will advise and support colleagues using your certification knowledge and experience. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate as much of the following experience as possible:
·ISO 17065
·ISO 17021 - 1
·Director / Senior Manager level certification experience
·Extensive significant experience with certification and notified bodies
·Documenting competency for certification and audit
·Impartiality Management
·Accreditation

Our client is a leading specialist certification body, with a great history and extensive experience they are the market leader in their field.

The Role
Working with UK administrative, HR and finance colleagues you will take responsibility for legal, financial and general compliance for overseas employees across numerous locations.

Key Accountabilities:
Employee contracts, employer responsibilities for different national / regional legislatures
Day to day employee management to cover holidays, expenses, reviews, payment etc.
Company financial reporting & other local legislative requirements
Manage and complete visa requirements for travel to and from base location
Organise and schedule international meeting, training and travel
Ensure actions and follow up is completed from international trips
General point of expertise for colleagues

The Person
You will have worked in a similar technical administrative role possibly as a legal secretary or medical PA etc. Any experience working with international colleagues and the ability to work with different cultures is highly desirable.
You will be able to demonstrate the following:
Attention to detail
Ability to deliver accurate information
Experience of working with different cultures and the ability to adapt to these requirements
Excellent, first class, communication skills
Build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally
Experience researching legislative or technical information to provide advice and guidance to colleagues
Experienced working from board level down
Coordinate workload with other members of the team;
Adopt an optimistic and pragmatic approach to solving problems;
Demonstration of strong organisational skills.
