Our client is a nationwide vehicle finance solutions provider for Business, Schools, Franchises and Individuals. As a result of their continuing success, they are seeking to find an experienced Financial Controller to join their growing team.
Our client are looking for a driven and ambitious individual to assist with developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting. Key responsibilities would include:
·High-level financial reporting and analysis on different business units and products, profitability analysis
·Cash flow management and liquidity planning / forecast
·Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
·Debt management and collection
·Preparing company tax and BAS statements
·Working closely with 3rd Party / External Funders
·Managerial responsibility for preparing and accompanying audits carried out by external business partners
·Risk and Performance analysis of own loan book and refinement of underwriting criteria
·Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
·Well-developed leadership skills/ mentoring
·To be successful in this role you will require extensive experience managing finance functions, preparing and analysing reports and making improvements to fiscal tools and systems. You should have a Finance/ Economics or equivalent qualification. Experience of using Xero Accounting Software would be beneficial but not essential.
