Our client is an international engineering solutions provider offering tailor made processing solutions and products for chemical, food, plastics, pharmaceutical and cement industries. Their core competency is in the design and manufacture of components for the bulk materials handling industry. Due to continued growth and success they are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join their team.
As Area Sales Manager your role will be to sell the companies full range to OEM's, End Users and Specifiers, researching, targeting and visiting new and existing customers. You will inherit an existing base of clients which you will be fully expected to grow, however, whilst key account management is a key part of the role, a large proportion of your time will be spent prospecting for new business. You will be travelling to prospective customer sites in order to provide demonstration, advice, refurbishment and training on a range of product's use and applications.
To be successful in this role you should be a highly motivated individual with strong sales experience. You should possess a positive, confident and determined approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. If you are a driven and ambitious hard working individual, already working in a sales role or relevant role, and looking for your next move, then this is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you.
