Our client is a UK distributor of industrial equipment and systems primarily aimed at the manufacturing sector. They are a key supplier to many blue-chip companies in the steel, building products, sawmills, food processing and other manufacturing industries. The company has established an excellent reputation and has sole distribution agreements with significant players in the UK. Due to continued growth and success they are looking for an Technical Sales Manager to join their team.
As Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing business and generating profitable sales of their new product range for Pyrometer temperature measurement instruments. You will do this by building strong relationships with potential and existing customers and achieving sales budgets. Develop business opportunities by working with new leads and contacts, building credibility with customers, proposing a technical/commercial solution and closing deals.
The successful individual should have 3 years proven track record in selling high value capital equipment into the manufacturing sector. You should have strong commercial awareness and excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. If you are an existing and experienced Sales Manager with a background in technical sales and engineering, and you are highly driven and motivated to be a success in a growing and exciting business, then we would like to hear from you
