The Role

As Business Development Manager you will develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives, aiming to accelerate growth. You will understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met as well as building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and concluding business opportunities. You will retain ownership and responsibility of a sales order from procurement of raw materials and services through manufacture, shipping, and delivery to final payment.
To be successful in this role it would be advantageous to have previous experience of sales within the corrugated packaging industry. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills. The Role

As Production Manager you will be tasked with effectively managing, maintaining, leading and developing the production and stores functions to achieve the relevant targets of performance and objectives set out by management. The Role

As Regional Sales Engineer you will report directly to the Sales Director. You will be targeted with generating new profitable sales leads and developing growth with existing customers. You will conduct meetings with customers to clarify their fluid seals uses and requirements, as well as establishing and maintaining current customer relationships. You will provide effective product demos for end user customers as well as for the resellers. This is a field based role dealing with a variety of industries.

The ideal candidate should have previous business-to-business sales experience and have worked with or selling fluid sealing, gasket or engineering related products. You should have the ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organisational levels. Due to continued growth and success they are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their expanding team. You will be covering the South West of England and South Wales.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager you will oversee a team of Sales co-ordinators their Bristol branch as well as being responsible for achieving pre-determined sales revenue targets by effectively selling fluid sealing products and services to prospective and existing customers. You will spend 3-4 days per week on customer calls - prospecting and developing. You will conduct meetings with customers to clarify their fluid sealing requirements and usage. You will conduct weekly one-on-ones with each sales person to review their pipeline and activities.

The ideal candidate should have previous business-to-business sales or customer service experience and you should have worked with or selling fluid sealing or engineering related products. You should have experience selling technical products and be a sales and goal ordinated person. The successful individual should be independent, well organised and experienced in administrative tasks.
