Our client

Our client offers the complete package of planned preventative and reactive maintenance throughout the life time of your building services installation, specialising in mechanical maintenance. Their maintenance team covers all heating, ventilation, gas, air conditioning, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems, along with the capabilities to undertake other maintenance through sub-contractors. They work for a wide range of clients in the commercial, leisure and industrial sectors. From the same division our client offers an in-house capability specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Elsewhere the company offers the full Mechanical and Electrical packages.

As a result of their success they are looking for an ambitious, high energy Regional Sales Manager to join the Leeds office to generate new enquiries for Maintenance contracts.

The role

·Systematic planning and implementation of effective (quality) and efficient (quantity) customer calls
·Presentations and practical demonstrations of solutions and products
·Identifying new sales opportunities and creating new leads
·Building relationships and being conscious of customer needs
·Close cooperation with the office to ensure the company provides timely and competitive quotations

Skills and experience

·Impressive personal credentials and history of continuous self-development.
·Currently operating in a similar role.
·Experience of complex problem solving.
·Personal and intellectual presence.
·Ideally experience working for a Facilities Management business selling Maintenance contracts.
