Resourcing Consultant - Recruitment
£20,000-£25,000 dependent on experience bonus benefits
Are you a natural communicator who can build rapport quickly? Do you enjoy being part of a team to deliver exceptional results? Do you have experience of working within a fast-paced challenging environment, where standards are high and the opportunities endless? We are currently welcoming applications from both experienced Resourcing Consultants and Sales/Customer service individuals who may be looking to embark on a career in Executive Recruitment.
As a Resourcing Consultant you will be identifying senior level candidates for business critical recruitment projects. The assignments you will be working on are varied across a broad section of clients and international geographies and require a highly proactive approach, utilising all available research tools. Once potential targets have been identified you will screen their capability by phone, video conference and in person to ensure an exceptional longlist is provided to our Managing Consultants to interview.
