Our client is an international supplier of engineering processing solutions and technologies across a wide range of industries. A leader in their field they are respected for the innovative and reliable solutions they deliver to their clients across a diverse range of industries globally. They are currently looking to strengthen their Technical Sales capability with the appointment of an experienced Technical Sales Manager to further develop their market position.
Key responsibilities will include customer visits including representing our client and their products through presentations; developing Technical and Commercial proposals and liaison with the principal, with a clear target of increasing sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
The candidate should be prepared for widespread UK travel covering the midlands to Scotland, visiting both existing and target customer base and be capable of translating customer's needs into a saleable solution. You will ideally have previous experience of relevant marketplaces ideally with a components company background. European travel will occasionally be required.
