They are looking to recruit an experienced and professional International Account Manager to join their expanding sales team.

The Role

As International Account Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships growing our client's brand. You will be expected to establish and develop excellent relationships within the account both internally and externally to ensure an executional excellence and exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for account profits and losses alongside balancing investment with wholesale opportunities to deliver agreed profit margins.

You must have the ability to build trust with all stakeholders and influence R&D, manufacturing, logistics and the admin functions of the client. You will also bring a fresh insight to clients business that will help them deliver a competitive advantage in their market.

In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have:
·3 or more years' experience in international account management
·Experience in the beauty industry is desirable however other retail experience will be considered
·Experience working with retailers and distributors
·Strong analytical skillset
·Great communicator (written, verbal and presentation)
·The ability to build a relationship with retailers for the benefit of the company
·Ability to develop and implement commercial marketing plans

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of savoury flavourings and ingredients to the grocery, out-of home, specialised retail, pharmacy and bakery sectors. Due to continued growth and success they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.

The Role

Our client is looking for a sales focused and customer driven individual to develop and identify business development opportunities around the identified region.

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for establishing new business accounts within the UK, while utilising and maintaining existing relationships. The successful candidate will be tasked with prioritising profitable and sustainable business plans while creating and managing their own business objectives and pricing proposals.

The successful candidate should have proven experience within food product development, with a food related degree being advantageous but not essential. The Business Development Manager will be required to travel around the UK and occasionally Western Europe and have the ability to think on their feet and make commercial decisions without immediate back up.
