Area Sales Manager
£35,000 - £45,000 bonus
Our client is an up and coming business within the bathroom and tiles industry. They have a showroom displaying a range of bathrooms and tiles as well as offering medium to high-end luxury collections (including water closets, washbasins, bathtubs, hydro-massage systems and saunas). They pride themselves on their professional knowledge and expertise alongside professional design advice in order to maximise customer satisfaction.
As the Area Sales Manager for London your main responsibility will be to head the London sales and marketing department. You will be responsible for developing strategies to initiate, sustain and ultimately develop relationships with both new and existing customers increasing revenue through closing sales.
You must be proactive in your approach in finding prospective new customers as well as finding solutions to any potential problems that benefit both the company and the customer. You should also be able to monitor market trends ensuring that our client remains at the top of the industry.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate must have:
·An in-depth knowledge of the industry and the ability to source new clients
·Strong oral and written communication skills
·Be organised with strong negotiation skills and the ability to multi-task and lead a team
·The ability to work autonomously with an accessible and transparent working style
·A relevant Bachelor's degree of equivalent would be beneficial but not essential
