The Role

As Area Sales Manager for the Midlands you will have complete autonomy to devise and execute a clear Sales strategy in line with business objectives to maximise sales with existing and new customers, primarily focusing on food manufacturing clients. Through your in depth knowledge of the products and services and exceptional communication skills, you will act as a Consultant to advise and nurture customers, ensuring a high satisfaction level and maximising add-on sales.

To achieve great things in this role, you must have previous experience of selling capital equipment in the B2B market, and ideally, experience in the food manufacturing sector with demonstrable technical sales success in relation to achievement of targets and goals.

As well as recovered materials they are experts in Paper & Packaging, Pulp and Bioenergy.

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to ensure day to day loading and collections of materials are processed efficiently and to clients specifications.

As Logistics Coordinator you will work with the purchasing and logistics team and liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure slots are booked and recorded. Ensure any changes to scheduling or planning are dealt with in a timely manner. You will also manage operational changes within the daily loading plan.

To be successful in this role you will require previous experience within logistics or shipping and the ability work diligently to ensure smooth process of operations as well as communicating with multiple teams and clients. Quality Inspector - Paper

The Role

Our client is looking for a strong individual within Quality or Compliance that can ensure quality inspections of recycled material are carried out at locations across the UK and that standards are met including material inspections and bale break exercises for which training will be provided.

As Quality Inspector you will work with the purchasing and logistics team to carry out randomly selected inspections as well as statutory inspections to be completed. This can involve travel across the UK with occasional overnight stay. The successful Quality Inspector will be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge of the company's products and standards as well as Health & Safety requirements.

To be successful in this role you will require previous experience in the waste paper industry or proven exposure within a related sector. You will be experienced in information gathering and report writing within a highly compliant environment.
