Our client is a German Manufacturer of Heat Tools with offices throughout the world. They are well known for their innovative solutions and the quality of the products. Due to rapid and continuous growth they are currently looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their successful team, covering South East and South West regions.

The Role

They are looking for someone who is hungry for a challenge and has a proven track record of winning new business whilst also growing existing accounts. You will be expected to hit the ground running in selling the Heat Tools and other Tooling products, predominantly to Factories and End Users. The first task will be managing the existing turnover on the patch, then once this has been established you will be expected to source new accounts.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the tooling industry and will have sold products to a variety of industries. Interesting industries to the company include Roofing, Flooring, Automotive and Aerospace. You should be capable of working on your own initiative as well as part of a small team. You must be confident, self-motivated, have the ability to listen and sell consultatively, have high energy levels and operate with the highest levels of integrity.

The Role

As Production Manager you will be tasked with effectively managing, maintaining, leading and developing the production and stores functions to achieve the relevant targets of performance and objectives set out by management. This will involve looking after the company's interests at all times, while maintaining strict confidentiality on all matters relating to company business and ensuring that the company's procedures are followed
You will be responsible for monitoring all Production operating costs in line with set budgets and ensure that these are adhered too at all times, as well as planning and executing production requirements so as to meet/exceed customers Quality and delivery requirements. The Production Manager will actively promote and lead all Health & Safety within the workshop areas in line with company policy ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

The successful candidate should have proven experience within the same industry/role.

The Role

As Regional Sales Engineer you will report directly to the Sales Director. You will be targeted with generating new profitable sales leads and developing growth with existing customers. You will conduct meetings with customers to clarify their fluid seals uses and requirements, as well as establishing and maintaining current customer relationships. You will provide effective product demos for end user customers as well as for the resellers. This is a field based role dealing with a variety of industries.

The ideal candidate should have previous business-to-business sales experience and have worked with or selling fluid sealing, gasket or engineering related products. You should have the ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organisational levels.
