The Role
As Business Development Manager your main responsibility will be to maximise the growth in the English market by building on current contract wins, maximising the company's reputation for exceptional customer service and innovative processing technology, specifically targeting the public sector.

You will Investigate and develop a deep understanding of target markets as well as building a strong key business introducer network. You will partake in in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps in the market and opportunities to capitalise on competitor weakness.

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have significant experience in business development of a product or service with public sector clients. You should also have a track record in winning high value local government contracts by tender process. If you are an individual with strong leadership skills, who is a self-starter and is driven by results then this could be the opportunity for you.

Our Client
Our client, part of a global certification organisation, is searching for a Trainee Automotive Auditor to join them to conduct Management System Audits across an established client base specifically in ISO/TS 16949 - the industry standard for the Automotive industry.

The Role

Ideally from a construction or manufacturing background you will be an experienced management systems professional. Having implemented or managed / audited ISO/TS 16949 systems you will be able to demonstrate both technical and legislative knowledge. As a minimum you will have conducted a range of internal audits with experience of supplier or third party audits proving very beneficial.
You will be a strong communicator and relationship builder. You must be prepared for considerable travel across the UK on a regular basis as well as possible overnight stays if required.
Ideally you will have a Lead Auditor qualification in ISO9001 or similar. However, as long as you can demonstrate a strong technical and legislative knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, full support and development will be given to you in order to achieve the qualification.
My client can offer a salary of £34,000 (negotiable on experience) plus a car allowance of £4500 and benefits, as well as the chance to train and progress your career by attaining qualifications in ISO/TS 16949.
Responsibilities
·To plan and conduct professional management system audits
·Enable delivery of assessment and certification services to meet customer requirements and accreditation standards
·Complete all reporting and follow up as necessary

Skill and Experience
·Strong knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001
·Excellent communication skills
·A desire to develop a career within third party recruiting
·A willingness to travel as part of the role
