Our client is an international manufacturing company for the powder and granulate industries such as chemical, food, plastics, pharmaceutical and cement. Their core competency is in the design and manufacture of components for materials handling.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to join the business. With full P&L responsibility you will be responsible for delivering profitable sales growth to develop and grow the UK business. It will be your role to represent the business as an ambassador and to be held in the highest regard in terms of professionalism and integrity at all times. You will lead and support a sales and service team and where appropriate support them in winning and closing business opportunities, as well as resolving any service issues that arise.
If you are an existing and experienced General Manager or Head of Sales, ideally with a background in process engineering, and you are highly driven and motivated to invigorate the workforce to drive sales and improve service, then we would like to hear from you.
