The Role

As Area Sales Manager for the Midlands you will have complete autonomy to devise and execute a clear Sales strategy in line with business objectives to maximise sales with existing and new customers, primarily focusing on food manufacturing clients. Through your in depth knowledge of the products and services and exceptional communication skills, you will act as a Consultant to advise and nurture customers, ensuring a high satisfaction level and maximising add-on sales.

To achieve great things in this role, you must have previous experience of selling capital equipment in the B2B market, and ideally, experience in the food manufacturing sector with demonstrable technical sales success in relation to achievement of targets and goals.

Our Client
Our client, part of a global certification organisation, is searching for a Trainee Aerospace Auditor to join them to conduct Management System Audits across an established client base specifically in AS 9100 / 9110 / 9120 - the industry standard for the Aerospace industry.

The Role
It is essential that you can demonstrate experience within aerospace manufacturing with specific experience of ISO 9001 and AS 9100. Having implemented or managed / audited AS 9100 or similar systems you will be able to demonstrate both technical and legislative knowledge. As a minimum you will have conducted a range of internal audits with experience of supplier or third party audits proving very beneficial.
You will be a strong communicator and relationship builder. You must be prepared for considerable travel across the UK on a regular basis as well as possible overnight stays. Owing to the large amount of travel it will be beneficial to be located near the motorway network. When not working on client site you will be based at your home office.
Ideally you will have a Lead Auditor qualification in ISO9001 or similar. However, as long as you can demonstrate a strong technical and legislative knowledge of AS 9100 or similar, full support and development will be given to you in order to achieve the qualification.
My client can offer a salary of £34,000 (negotiable on experience) plus a car allowance of £4500 and benefits, as well as the chance to train and progress your career by attaining qualifications in AS 9100. After training and sign off you will be rewarded with increased responsibilities and associated salary increases.

Responsibilities
·To plan and conduct professional management system audits
·Enable delivery of assessment and certification services to meet customer requirements and accreditation standards
·Complete all reporting and follow up as necessary

Skill and Experience
·Strong knowledge of AS 9100 and ISO 9001
·Excellent communication skills
·A desire to develop a career within third party recruiting
·A willingness to travel as part of the role
