The Role

As a result of their continuing success, they are seeking to recruit an ambitious Sales Manager to join their growing team, a sales focused and customer driven individual who will develop and identify opportunities for export sales.

As Export Sales Manager you will be responsible for growing profitable sales turnover and systematically develop sales opportunities for all company products and services to export distributors within the EMEA. You will have the strategy to develop a strong prospect pipeline of interested customers and potential orders in line with target. The successful Export Sales Manager will be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge of the company's products and solutions and those of competitors.

The Role
We are searching for an experienced certification professional with expertise in Health & Safety to work with assigned clients operating across the UK.
Based from home you will visit clients to conduct assessments and complete all follow up actions including reporting and client communication. The assessment will often require utilising colleagues' expertise, necessitating the management of a small team on an ongoing adhoc basis, as well as managing budgets and administration.

Skills and Experience
·Experience within a certification or similar environment
·Experience of Assessment or Audit
·A very strong knowledge of OHSAS18001 / ISO45001
·NEBOSH / IOSH or related qualifications or memberships
·Experience working within large national organisations
·Strong organisational & administrative skills
·Happy to travel widely and stay away from home when necessary
·Excellent communicator and client facing presence
The role will involve extensive travel across the UK and regular overnight stays, it is therefore essential you have flexibility in your lifestyle to allow regular travel. As your remit covers the whole of the UK, you will ideally be based 'centrally' with good access to the motorway network, all locations will be considered.
This is an excellent opportunity for a certification professional to utilise their management systems and audit experience in a new direction in a challenging and rewarding role. The client can offer a salary of £40,000-45,000 plus benefits, negotiable on experience.

Looking to strengthen their position in the market, as Area Sales Manager you will proactively develop and build new markets within Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will build and acquire long lasting relationships with new customers within the bulk materials handling industry, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers. Developing high efficient technical and commercial solutions in collaboration with the team as well as supporting order processing with internal and external orders is a key part to this role.
