Our client is a leading global Materials Handling company with over 90 years' experience. Due to continued growth and success they are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executive to join their team, covering the midlands area.

The Role

Our client is looking for a sales focused and customer driven individual to develop and identify opportunities for sales around the UK.

As Territory Sales Executive you will strive to achieve yearly targets selling new, used and hand pallet trucks. You will be expected to generate new sales leads and business development opportunities by researching sources of new business. You will also attend corporate events to raise the profile of the organisation and its products with existing and potential customers.
The successful candidate should have proven experience within the Materials Handling industry - this would be an advantage but is not essential. You should have a successful track record of creating first class customer relationships and exceeding sales targets. They are looking for a highly motivated, engaging and approachable person with a strong commercial mind-set.

Our Client

Our client is a German Manufacturer of Lighting Sensors with offices throughout the world. They are well known for their innovative solutions and the quality of the products. Due to rapid and continuous growth they are currently looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their successful team, covering the Midlands region.

The Role

They are looking for someone who is hungry for a challenge and has a proven track record of winning new business whilst also growing existing accounts. You will be expected to hit the ground running in selling the Lighting Sensors predominantly to Electrical Distributors. The first task will be managing the existing turnover on the patch, then once this has been established you will be expected to source new accounts.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the Electrical industry and will have sold products to Distributors and ideally liaised with Contractors as well. You should be capable of working on your own initiative as well as part of a small team. You must be confident, self-motivated, have the ability to listen and sell consultatively, have high energy levels and operate with the highest levels of integrity.
