This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, driven individual to continue and progress their sales career. You will be in charge of the entire UK Sales functions and over time, and with success, you will be granted the opportunity to progress to the UK Managing Director position.
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for machine sales, both technical and commercial aspects, and to take accountability for turning those opportunities into profitable activities. You will be tasked with devising the strategy to develop a strong prospect pipeline of interested customers, and potential orders, in line with targets. You must represent the business as an ambassador, always maintaining the organisations' key values of integrity and professionalism.
The successful candidate will be a positive and effective team player who is highly driven and ambitious. Strong communication and relationship development skills are fundamental to this role. Ideally the successful candidate has experience selling automated solutions, packaging machinery and/or process machinery to one or more of the target markets, although this is not essential.
