Our client is an exceptional leader within the distribution channel of Ink Jet Printers, providing customers with world class customer service and support. As a result of their continuing success, they are seeking to appoint an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join their growing team, to cover a defined region around the M62 Corridor.

The Role

As Area Sales Manager it will be your job to develop a strategy of how to best support the industry in the specified area, visit customer sites and assess requirements. You will create a deliverable sales plan and identify sites for new business opportunities and build credibility with customers and prospect sites based on technical know-how and understanding.

To be successful in this role you should have a proven track record of new business development sales as well as having highly developed business networking and development skills with evidence in support. It will be key for you to excel in relationship building, requiring face-to-face communication, email and telephone skills.
